About the Ministry
Shulamite Ministries International derives its name from the Shulamite girl referenced in the Old Testament Book "Song of Solomon". The book portrays the shulamite's experience as she journeys from a young love that is passive in expresson to a mature love finally expressed as a reckless abandonment to follow "her beloved". The goal of Shulamite Ministries International is to cultivate the same heart of love within the Bride of Christ (2 Corinthians 11:2) for Jesus as that portrayed in the shulamte girl found in the within the pages of the Old Testament text. However, Shulamite Ministries International understands that the Bride of Christ is not only a lover of Jesus but a warrior for him as well (Ephesians 6:10-18). The ministry seeks to provide products and services that challenge, encourage, and inspire the believer (bride) to grow in their love for Christ as well as those that will increase their understanding and skill when performing spiritual warfare. As the bride lovingly beholds the face of Jesus, she is wooed and ushered into the chamber of the King (Song of Solomon 1:4). In that place the heart is released to love and be loved as it sends forth the fragrance of worship through fulfillment of kingdom purpose.
